Status

Nebraska Wesleyan University is seeking applicants to fill adjunct teaching positions for the upcoming Spring 2025 academic term (Jan. 13th - May 10th, 2025). Applicants will be considered with expertise in Biology or Anatomy and Physiology. The following courses are available:

  • BIO-1100L (Intro Human A&P II Lab) Thursdays – 9 -11:50 am and 1- 3:50 pm

Qualifications
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in a Biological Sciences discipline and the ability to teach Anatomy and Physiology laboratory following the course outline developed by the faculty at NWU.
  • Familiarity with Canvas course technology or similar LMS software is a plus 
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and innovative teaching skills are required 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with faculty and students is essential
  • Strong commitment to student-centered active learning and student engagement activities
  • Appreciation for a liberal arts tradition is desirable
